We currently offer culinary externships at all three of our New York City restaurant locations: Craft, Riverpark, Temple Court, and Small Batch.
Our externships provide students with opportunities to be part of a dynamic culinary team, enhance skills and knowledge of food service preparation and teamwork. We provide a supportive learning environment where each student leaves with a well-rounded experience. Our goal is to take you from being a student to being a cook; introducing you to the expectations and standards in the culinary realm.
